1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- Customized or personalized gemstones and jewelry cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team at contact@paramiigems.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your gemstone or jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We may request photos of the damage to process a replacement or refund.
- Paramii Gem will cover the return shipping cost in such cases.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- To request an exchange, follow the same steps as a return, specifying the item you wish to receive instead.
6. Important Notes
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as Paramii Gem is not responsible for lost packages.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
